Attendance

We encourage you to use the online portal in ParentVUE to report student absences.  The online portal will record the absence for your student at both their home high school and Terra Nova.  Instructions on how to report an absence in ParentVUE can be found here. 

If it is not possible to report an absence via ParentVue, a parent or guardian should call Terra Nova, in addition to your students' home high school, to report the absence.  Terra Nova attendance can be reached by phone at (503) 356 3710 during school hours (7:30AM-3:00PM).   Please have the following information ready:

• Student's full name (please spell uncommon names)
• Student's six-digit student I.D. number
• Your name and relationship to student (mom, guardian, etc.)
• Reason for absence
